NEW SCHOOL YEAR REMINDERS
We're excited to welcome our students back! Remember to review these key points for a successful start to the school year.
1. School Supplies
- Please DO NOT bring all your supplies the first week of school. Just bring notebooks, folders, pencils/pens, the essentials. Further instructions will be given as to when to bring in other supplies.
2. Log in to FACTS System
- At this time, all parents should have logged into the FACTS payment system. If you have not, please do as soon as possible.
3. Label Belongings
- Please make sure your child’s name is on all their belongings: lunchbox, sweaters, sweatshirts, supplies, etc.
4. Uniforms
- Students in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade must wear the school uniform.
--PreK and Kindergarten students will wear the gym uniform.
--Grades 1-8 can wear the Fall uniform or the Summer Uniform (Boys: polo shirt and gray pants or walking trousers. Girls: polo shirt with a skort or jumper(grade 1-6) / skirt(grade 7 & 8).
5. Lateness
- If your child is late please bring them to the main office doors.
6. Chrome Books
- Please send in payments for Chrome Books (applies to 3rd grade and new students in grades 4 to 8). The cost of the Chrome Book is $300.

Mon. 9/4/23
- Happy Labor Day!
Tue. 9/5/23
- All-day faculty meeting.
- Academy office is open from 9am - 2:30pm.
Wed. 9/6/23
- Kindergarten to 8th Grade will line up outside on 158th Street by 8:05am for morning prayer.
- Dismissal will be at 12:00PM. Please see Ms. Hanna's email for grade-specific dismissal locations.
Thur. 9/7/23
- PreK will enter the building at the Courtyard doors between 8:15am and 8:30am. The PreK aide will be at the door to meet your child and bring him/her to the classroom.
- PreK students will dismiss at 11:50am at the Courtyard doors.
- Kindergarten to 8th Grade will line up outside on 158th Street by 8:05am for morning prayer.
- Grades 1 to 8 will be dismissed at 2:50pm, and Kindergarten will be dismissed at 2:45pm.
- Since it is a full day for Grades K to 8, please make sure your child has lunch.
- Please see Ms. Hanna's email for grade-specific dismissal locations.

- Full Week of School for Pre-Kindergarten to 8th grade.
- Please make sure your child has lunch.
- Early Morning Drop Off and Afterschool begins. Early Morning Drop Off begins at 7am; students should come to the office door on 157th Street.
